We are an interdisciplinary team of professionals and volunteers offering palliative care and supportive services which maximize the patient.s comfort, quality of life and autonomy. Option Care is a team of professionals trained to prepare loved ones and family members to cope during this difficult time. Option Care helps to take on some of the daily responsibilities for your loved ones; responsibilities that you may or may not be able to take over for them. We are available to help care for your loved ones in their home, your home or in a skilled nursing facility.
